Brits in Cancun Reservation Policy:

Please read this carefully:

	*Payment Policy:*
	Your information is being submitted on a secure line, and we do not provide your information to any 3rd party. (Paypal)
	We accept Visa & MasterCard. If you do not have one of these credit cards you may pay by Paypal using any Credit Card. There is usually a charge of 3% associated with these payments.
	Rates quoted are in US dollars, you will be quoted a rate in GBP if that suits you or in Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ by up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. Brits in Cancun cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates, and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing of the transaction in USD, GBP or Mexican Pesos, whichever is agreed. Any payment that is declined or bounced will be recalculated at the time of payment. If the Exchange rate has changed you will pay the revised rate.
	Despite our best efforts, there may be a small number of items with an incorrect price in our database. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our confirmation procedure. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we only charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
	The corresponding reservation amount will be charged to your credit card once submitted and the reservation status shows confirmed. You will not be billed for anything without us giving you a confirmation number.

	*Cancellation Policy:*
	Hotel Reservations:
	Reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
	Reservations cancelled between 14 & 2 days prior to the arrival date are subject to 2 night charge.
	Cancellations made within 24 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
	*Christmas, New Year and Easter:*
	Reservations cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation due to hotel cancellation fees. We will do our utmost to keep all fees to a minimum.
	Reservations cancelled between 30 & 22 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 3 night charge.
	Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
	Tours & Transportation:
	Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. It is better to try and reschedule.
	Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
	*Bounced Cheques / Declined Payments:*
	Troops on R&R who have problems with ATM machines, may cash cheques or Pay a Paypal in exchange for Cash at the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. Should these be declined for any reason a copy will be forwarded to your Unit RAO. Failure to pay will result in the matter being forwarded to a Debt Collection Agency. You are then liable to pay at the adjusted exchange rate (be that better or worse) with interest and Debt Collection fees added.
